We pay attention to the little details. We place our stamps on the curbside flange of the wheel so they can be read. Besides all the obligatory information mandated by the government, we provide the load rating of the wheel. we can laser etch your private label.
1. We have the only rim and wheel assembly line (that we know of) that is not a straight line. It is an automated line that is shaped like the letter “U”. Our people are inside of the U so they can communicate and help each other. Nothing and no one is more than a few steps away. Communication helps get it right.
2. Our press tooling can be changed in 5 to 30 minutes. If we have an order that exceeds our internal inventory, we are minutes away from changing to make what is needed.
3. Our powder paint system can topcoat all three major colors of white, silver and black every shift, without fuss. Our gloss and finish are awesome.
4. Our wheel line is flexible too. We can change bolt patterns on a wheel size in a couple minutes. We can change the rim size in a couple hours.
5. We keep internal supermarkets of inventoried steel, center discs, and primed wheels, so that we can rapidly respond to new orders.
6. Our people are cross trained. Most of our team members can perform most tasks in our plant. If we need to paint, no problem. We need more discs, no problem. We need to make your wheels, no problem.

In most cases, from the time that your order is made, we will have your wheels being topcoat painted within 24 hours. Within 36 hours, your wheels can be on the truck ready for shipment. Depending on your location, our wheels can be at your dock the same week.
