    QUALITY SYSTEMS ENGINEER

    Meet Geneva Brooks who joined Saylor Wheel in 2025 as our Quality Systems Engineer.

    Geneva has several years of experience in Automotive and the Durable Consumer Goods industries where she last served as Quality Director prior to retirement. Geneva has come back to help us with organizing a quality system that is worthy of ISO 9001 and eventually IATF 16949. Geneva has set up our Quality System, drafted policy and procedures, and now spends much of her time with training our people regarding the Control Plan and with Statistical Process Control. She has “put the meat on the bones” of making our Quality Policy a reality:

    Desmond joined Saylor Wheel in 2025 and has already made a big impact with upgrades like new security fencing and an oiler system on the assembly line.
